Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA), you have the right to request erasure of personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to submit that request and what happens next.
This applies to all data held by PsionOps, including:
⚠️ Some data may need to be retained for legal or regulatory compliance (e.g., invoicing records required by tax law). In such cases, we will inform you of what can and cannot be deleted and why.
If you connected to PsionOps via Facebook Login or our Meta app, you can remove our app's access to your Facebook data directly through your Facebook account settings. This revokes permissions and removes your data from our connected app.
Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
In the left sidebar, click Apps and Websites (under "Security" or "Your Facebook Information")
Locate PsionOps in the list of connected apps. Click Remove and confirm. This removes the app's access to your Facebook data.
After removing the app from Facebook, send us a deletion request via email (Option 2 below) to ensure any data PsionOps stored on our servers is also erased.
You can request deletion of any personal data PsionOps holds by emailing us directly. This is the primary method for all data, not just Meta/Facebook data.
When sending your request, please include:
Once we receive a valid deletion request:
🔒 Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any service relationship or access associated with the deleted data will also be terminated. If you wish to re-engage PsionOps services in the future, you would need to provide your information again.
While we will honour deletion requests to the fullest extent possible, certain records may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations:
In any such case, we will minimise the data retained to only what is legally required and inform you clearly.
