To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsionOps's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to PsionOps in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Security hardening and technical work reduces risk but does not guarantee immunity from all threats, outages, or data loss. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PsionOps and its owner from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of PsionOps services shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
PsionOps may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website, services, or Meta application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
