📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PsionOps website at psionops.com, using any PsionOps service, or interacting with our Meta/Facebook application (PsionOps Meta), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, services, or applications.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client") and PsionOps ("we", "us", "our"), a sole-proprietor technology consultancy operating under the trade name PsionOps™.

PsionOps operates a Meta Platform application (PsionOps Meta) for the purpose of business page management, communication, and platform integrations. By authorising or using this application, you additionally agree to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsionOps's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to PsionOps in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Security hardening and technical work reduces risk but does not guarantee immunity from all threats, outages, or data loss. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PsionOps and its owner from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Either party may terminate an engagement or access to services by providing reasonable written notice, subject to any terms agreed in a specific engagement agreement.

PsionOps may suspend or immediately terminate access to any service or application, including our Meta app integration, without notice in cases of:
